Biography
As a qualified Counsellor and Psychotherapist, I’m dedicated to supporting individuals through life’s challenges with compassion and care. At the heart of therapy lies the therapeutic relationship, where you feel truly heard, understood, and accepted. I value open conversation and connection, drawing on my own experiences to create a comfortable, trusting space where you can feel supported and seen.
As an integrative therapist, I use a variety of approaches tailored to your unique journey, and my practice is neuroaffirming respecting the neurodiversity of individuals, particularly those navigating ADHD, autism, and other neurodivergent experiences.
I’m passionate about supporting those who have experienced relational trauma, including emotional and psychological abuse, as well as abuse from individuals with antagonistic personalities. These challenging dynamics can deeply affect one’s sense of self-worth and trust, and together we work to rebuild your identity, clarity, and emotional strength.
My goal is to empower you to live with greater authenticity and resilience. Through a collaborative, supportive relationship, we’ll work towards lasting change, together.
