What is Online Therapy | Counselling?

Online therapy | counselling, as the name implies, refers to the provision of mental health counselling and marriage counselling from the convenience of your own home, accessible via your personal computer or smartphone. It offers a practical alternative to the traditional approach of searching for "therapy near me.“……

Referred to as "e-therapy" or "internet therapy," online therapy | counselling is designed to provide accessible and reliable counselling, covering various areas like teenage counselling, cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), anger management, and more. It is often more cost-effective than in-person therapy and proves invaluable for individuals facing mobility challenges or residing in areas where access to licensed therapists is limited.

How does Online Therapy | Counselling Work?

Online Video calls necessitates a stable internet connection and allows for face-to-face interactions with a counsellor, albeit from different physical locations. This approach offers a personal and intimate counselling experience, fostering a stronger connection compared to text-based communication…..

Upon enrolling in an online therapy service or seeking online marriage counselling, you'll likely be required to complete a brief assessment. This assessment helps the service match you with a counsellor specialising in your specific issues.

How much does it cost?

The cost of online therapy | counselling services varies by company. Therapyonline.ie charges €70 per session for individual online therapy and €90 for couples online counselling.
